Frequently Asked Questions

How does The Den work as a member?

The Den is a membership-based community with a coffee shop in the front and a social lounge in the back. As a member, you get unlimited access to our lounge, curated programming, and a space designed to support both you and your family. Non-members are welcome to grab coffee, and we do offer day passes for lounge access. All visitors must check with a team member at the front, and if you’re bringing little ones, a legal guardian must sign a waiver before entry. We use Wellness Living for registration—learn more about entry here!

Can I just grab a coffee without being a member?

Absolutely! Our café is open to everyone. You’re welcome to stop by for a drink or snack and enjoy our café seating (indoor and seasonal patio seating available). Access to the lounge, however, is reserved for members.

What can I do as a member of The Den?

As a member, you have full access to our thoughtfully designed space—whether you want to attend a class (Music Class, Little Movers Play Group, Story Time, Arts & Crafts, etc.), let your little ones explore in a safe and engaging environment, get work done while your kids play, or just meet a friend for coffee without interruption. The Den is built for you to feel at ease, knowing that you and your family are supported.

Do I have to be a parent to be a member?

Nope! The Den is a welcoming space for all good-hearted people. While many members are parents, we also have caretakers, grandparents, and nannies who make this community their home. If you’re looking for a place to connect, work, or just take a breath, The Den is here for you.

Is there parking available for members?

Yes! We have a small parking lot behind the building (shared with our neighbors), as well as an inset parking area out front. Street parking is also widely available. Don’t stress—we come in every day and always find a spot!
