Located at 3467 South Broadway in Englewood, this space brings together a café, co-working, private offices, and intentionally designed environments where parents can focus, children can socialize, and both can exist side by side.

Founding Members will receive preferred pricing, early access to programming and events, and reciprocal access to Den LoHi while helping establish the culture of our South Broadway home from the very beginning.
Membership at Den SoBo will launch at $198/month. Founding Members will lock in a preferred rate of $165/month for their first year.
Limited founding memberships will be released prior to opening.
